Working together

Individual Therapy

In person in Winchester, and online across the UK

Sometimes there's a clear reason. Sometimes something just doesn't feel right.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. You may find yourself struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Sometimes there is a clear reason you've sought therapy; at other times, you may simply have a sense that something doesn't feel quite right.

Individual therapy offers a confidential, supportive space where you can slow down, explore your experiences, and begin to understand yourself more deeply. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening, identify patterns that may be contributing to your difficulties, and work towards meaningful and lasting change.

What I work with

A wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stress
  • Low self-worth
  • Attachment difficulties
  • Relationship issues
  • Life transitions
  • Trauma
  • Loss
  • Shame
  • Emotional regulation
  • Identity
  • Personal growth
  • Family relationships
  • Workplace challenges

Therapy can also provide space to explore family relationships, workplace challenges, or recurring patterns that leave you feeling stuck or disconnected.

My approach

Tailored to you, not to a single model.

My approach is pluralistic, meaning I tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than following a single therapeutic model. Grounded in humanistic values, I draw on person-centred, psychodynamic and attachment-informed approaches, alongside psychoeducation and other evidence-informed interventions where appropriate. Together, we'll regularly reflect on what's working, adapting our work to support your goals and what feels most helpful for you.

Above all, I believe the relationship between therapist and client is central to successful therapy. My aim is to create a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental environment where you feel safe to explore difficult thoughts and emotions, develop greater self-awareness, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
